APD Parcel Delivery have invested in technology to provide an easy and reliable system of delivering your parcels and freight.
Our unique, colour coded, pre-paid, parcel delivery tickets have been developed specifically with your needs in mind. They are easy to use AND cost effective. Because the tickets are pre-paid, you know exactly what your delivery costs are.
Ticket System
Each ticket has a unique barcode that is used to track your delivery. The data from the tickets feeds into our Track n Trace system, so you can see where your freight is. Simply go to our website to easily track the progress of your delivery.
Metropolitan
The blue ticket is for Adelaide deliveries – the area bordered by Elizabeth in the north, Seaford in the south and the Toll Gate to the east.
Outer Zone
Use this ticket for deliveries to the Barossa, Virginia, Two Wells, the Adelaide Hills, Victor Harbor, Strathalbyn, and Murray Bridge.
Collect Freight
The purple ticket is used when you are sending a parcel and the receiver is paying for the delivery.

You can track the progress using our Track n Trace resource. You will need your ticket number, job number or consignment note number.
Freight that is registered in our parcel network is normally delivered in the next half-day.
If your package is picked up in the morning, it should be delivered that afternoon. If it is picked up in the afternoon, it should be delivered the next morning.

The half-day parcel delivery service sees morning pickups between 8am and 12noon. Afternoon pickups take place between 1pm and 5pm.
